Residential
Residential home sites within the urban environment which is your typical suburban neighbourhood. Sites can range from 300 m2 to 700 m2, and can be flat or sloping.
Country
Homes on rural sites do not have the limiting restrictions of site boundaries and site area and give a lot more freedom for design and enjoyment of expansive outdoor open spaces and views.
Re-works / Alterations
Many home owners do not want to build a new home and take the option of altering or adding to their existing home to stay in their established neighbourhood. This has unlimited possibilities and may only restricted by budget, usually working with the best existing aspects and enhancing them or opting for a completely different look.
